Bandits use late sneak to end Beef’s four-game winning streak

Anthony Iannotti’s fourth-down pass fell short of the marker with five seconds left as Sioux City held on to beat Omaha 61-55 in Champions Indoor Football action at Ralston Arena on Saturday night.

 The loss snapped a four-game winning streak and left the Beef (7-4) two games behind the Bandits (9-2) in the CIF North.

Iannotti and Skyler Scott connected with their second touchdown pass of the game to tie it 55-55 with 2:57 remaining. But Sioux City’s Taylor Genuser scored a 1-yard touchdown on a quarterback sneak with 36 seconds left.

The Beef wrap up the regular season at Dallas on Saturday
