The Beef look to get their 1st road win

The Omaha Beef (3-5) will play the Bismarck Bucks (4-4) at 7:05 p.m. at the Bismarck Event Center. This is the second of three matchups against Bismarck this season.

Omaha is coming off a 52-40 loss against the Sioux City Bandits. Quarterback John Gibbs threw for 152 yards and one touchdown. Gibbs’ three interceptions including two 4th quarter interceptions ultimately buried the Beef’s chances of a comeback. The offense will be looking to get a boost in the return of running back Jeff Mack.

Bismarck is coming off a 45-32 loss in overtime against the Quad City Steamwheelers.  Quarterback Aaron Aiken’s third interception was returned for a touchdown in overtime to end the game.

Bismarck defeated Omaha 33-32 in the first matchup on April 7, 2018. The Beef are 0-2 all-time against the Bucks.

Omaha is 0-4 on the road this season and are in the 5th in the North Conference.
