There’s A Little Town Hidden In Western Nebraska And It’s The Perfect Place To Relax

In western Nebraska, snuggled on the western edge of the sandhills east of the panhandle, sits “The Biggest Little Village in Nebraska.” The nickname was well earned; although this village long ago gained enough residents to be deemed a city, residents voted to leave it designated a village. That commitment to tradition is evident everywhere in this lovely little town.

If you love pioneer history, be sure to stop by O’Fallon’s Bluff, a nearby site along the South Platte River that’s on the National Register of Historic Sites. You can see Oregon-California wagon wheel ruts there, and the hills are a really lovely part of Nebraska.
