If there’s one phrase that sums up winter in Nebraska, it’s “expect the unexpected.” Sometimes we can experience weather in the mid-70s all the way into December, while in other years it can start snowing in September and not stop until April. The Farmers Almanac just released its outlook for the coming year, and this winter is looking like it’s going to be a pretty mild one.
