When did you get your start as a performer? What inspired you to get into drag?
Trade got his start in October of 2021, when he was invited to be apart of a queer strip night at a local club in Lincoln, NE. Though performing for him was nothing serious at the time, things took a shocking turn after he made his debut at a drag show in April of 2022, winning the mid-show competition; this breakthrough performance led to a surge in show invites, marking the start of his entertainment career. Entertainment inspiration— to bring an interactive masculine leaning experience to the midwest (Original thought, “bringing a more queer idea of Magic Mike, to the midwest”)!
What is something you want people to know about drag performers or their community?
Drag has helped many people find themselves, community, and family.
What is the most exciting thing our audience can expect at the show?
One of the most exciting things is seeing all the different art and performance styles at drag shows!
