OMAHA, Neb. – January 8, 2024 –– Hilton Omaha, Nebraska’s largest hotel, is excited to announce the upcoming addition of a 15,000-square-foot outdoor multi-purpose event space, Cass Street Green. Expected to debut in early 2025, Cass Street Green will further elevate Hilton Omaha’s position as a top choice for meetings and events.

Cass Street Green is being constructed as an open-air venue with an eye for high-speed assembly offering versatile tent building options that can span the event turf from 1,000 to 15,000 square feet. The advanced design, by award-winning Omaha firm Lamp & Rynerson, is engineered with a state-of-the art drainage system that will keep event attendees dry and meeting planners happy. This venue is ideal for a variety of events, including weddings, corporate gatherings, and premier tailgate parties, with the capability to seamlessly transition from Omaha’s most prestigious events to more intimate occasions.
This additional outdoor meeting space provides an alternative to the standard hotel experience without going off property – saving time and money. For Weddings, Cass Street Green provides an outdoor, downtown setting with space for ceremonies, receptions, and luxurious tented areas. Group gatherings can benefit from its professional design, perfect for conference functions, networking events, or team-building activities. With its proximity to sports and concert venues, the expansive space is ideal for pre/post-event celebrations.
Cass Street Green is the latest chapter in Hilton Omaha’s ongoing transformation, which included a $20 million renovation of the lobby, guest rooms, and suites in 2024. In addition, Hilton Omaha is now home to one of the city’s most celebrated dining destinations, Nick’s Quorum Bar & Supper Club. The hotel boasts a prime location with direct access to the CHI Health Center Omaha Convention Center and Arena, making it a convenient choice for event attendees and convention-goers.
