Omaha’s Henry Doorly Zoo and Aquarium is hosting one-of-a-kind yoga events at the Zoo to celebrate Valentine’s Day.

Bring out your inner yogi and strike a pose at Omaha’s Henry Doorly Zoo and Aquarium. Lotus House of Yoga will help you take a moment to “paws” and reflect while exercising your mind and body during special themed classes in the Scott Aquarium Conference Center:

  • Namastay Single – Solo Flow is on Saturday, February 12, from 9 to 10 a.m. This class will focus on energizing your heart and self-empowerment. Your ticket includes admission to the Zoo on your class day.
  • Turtley in Love – Partner Flow is on Saturday, February 12, from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. This class will focus on soulful connections and partner-based moves. Your ticket includes admission to the Zoo on your class day.

Cost is $18 per person for Omaha’s Zoo and Aquarium members and $28 per person for non-members. Pre-event registration is required. Participants must be at least 16 years old and bring their own yoga mats, water bottles and any other necessary equipment.

Omaha’s Henry Doorly Zoo and Aquarium is committed to taking the necessary precautions to protect the health and wellness of all staff, guests and animals. The Zoo has adopted the principals of a “healthy you, healthy Zoo.” Face masks are required per the current Douglas County Health Department mandate. For the yoga classes, face masks may be removed when exercising on your own mat.
