Moon Gazing at Wildlife Safari Park

Enjoy views of the full moon from the prairie at Wildlife Safari Park for its Moon Gazing Telescopes and Prairie Skies event from 7-10 p.m. on Tuesday, February 19.

Guests will have the opportunity to learn more about the moon with the Omaha Astronomical Society and enjoy moon-themed treats, including Moon Pies and Tang.

Telescopes will be available for viewing the night sky, however, guests are welcome to bring their own binoculars and portable telescopes. This is an outdoor event. Guests are encouraged to bring blankets, bag chairs, pillows and warm (non-alcoholic) beverages.

Registration is required for this ticketed event. Cost is $10 per person for Wildlife Safari Park members and $13 for non-members. Wildlife Safari Park admission is not included. Wildlife Safari Park is closed for the season.
