Part-Time Open Interviews on Wednesday at Omaha’s Henry Doorly Zoo and Aquarium

Omaha’s Henry Doorly Zoo and Aquarium is looking to fill part-time Guest Services and Education positions at Open Interviews on Wednesday, June 8, from 4 to 6 p.m. All who plan to attend the Open Interviews must apply online at prior to arriving on Wednesday.

Open interviews for part-time positions will be conducted in the Zoo’s Durham’s TreeTops Restaurant. No appointments are necessary and immediate interviews will be available for the following positions:

  • Admissions Attendant
  • Afterschool Assistant Site Coordinator
  • Admissions Clerical Assistant
  • Adventure Guide
  • Campouts/Catering Shift Supervisor
  • Catering Shift Supervisor
  • Clerical Assistant Admissions
  • Concessions Crew Member
  • Concessions Delivery Driver
  • Concessions Shift Supervisor
  • Education Office Assistant
  • Education Zoo Instructor
  • Guest Services Shift Supervisor
  • Interpretive Guide
  • Picnic Crew Member
  • Restaurant/TreeTops Crew Member
  • Restaurant/TreeTops Shift Supervisor
  • Rides Operator and Attendant
  • Shift Supervisor Gift Shop
  • Skyfari Operator

Omaha’s Henry Doorly Zoo and Aquarium accepts applicants 16 years of age or older. Applicants should be able to work a minimum of 24 hours per week, including weekends and holidays. The Zoo currently employs approximately 300 full-time and 650 part-time staff  members, who together, run the top tourist attraction in the state and one of the best zoos in the world.
